 * Just thought id ask why when you use external links does it use part of the url
   for the filename instead of the video title it makes it really hard to find a
   video to reuse this plugin needs and option to change the file name for better
   mangement

 * I checked and although its correct when browsing via the media tab it doesnt 
   when accessing through add media to post see screenshot

 * We only use the default media manager. Does it happen with only YouTube URLs?

 * I think so yes, the strange thing is if i access videos through the media admin
   tab they all correctly named but if i access them through add media to the post
   button it comes up with the file names – strange
