 * The File Away Base Config settings “file locations” are set at wp-admin/admin.
php?page=file-away and the default base url is /public_html/domain/wordpresslocation/
 * We have all our files located outside of the “/public_html” for security purposes
as we do not wish anything publically accessible.
 * Is it possible to have /file_folder as the setting location, as the default settings
are not able to be changed?
 * This is a not negotiable rule for us.
    Thanks

 * Sorry. Sounds like File Away won’t meet your needs.

 * So that is technically impossible or just something the code “doesn’t do out
   of the box”?

 * It doesn’t do it throughout every crevice and corner and square inch of the box,
   yeah.

 * So to reask my question … is it possible to have my files outside the wordpress
   install folder with some tweaking?

 * If you can figure it out, more power to you. To restate my answer, my code is
vast and voluminous and the domain directory restriction permeates the far reaches
of that code. I don’t have time to look through everything and tell you where
all you need to make changes to accommodate a single request. Sorry.

 * Thanks for the response
I’m only enquiring not attacking so no need to get off

 * I didn’t feel attacked. Just being straightforward. All the best.
