File length issue causing problem in cpanel

Hi, I recently could inspect my disk usage in cpanel because of the following:

You have files within the site created by tmpWpfc that has a character length longer then what cPanel can process; as such the space check is failing and simply loops.

One example file name:

2.5M ./wp-content/cache/tmpWpfc/1513972470/diary/cat_ids~79/http&/ SNIP

If we can purge the cache folder within ./wp-content/cache/tmpWpfc/ the check will then run fine.

DO you know why this is happening and might you have a solution to prevent it?
