 * How can I prevent from people outside of my blog to download or link to files
   from my server and let only the people who are actually inside my blog to download
   the same files?

 * I use [this](http://www.bahn-spass.de/2007/05/05/hotlink-protection/) plugin 
   which is for images (it [took a while](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/115996?replies=16)
   before I had it working), but I guess you can simply change it for other extensions
   as well. Otherwise you might have to creat an .htaccess file yourself.
