File is not found

Everytime I do bulk smash, there is an error saying that all the images weren’t smashed because files weren’t found. How can I fix this error?

Hi @bestadventurer,
Sounds like it’s due to image thumbnails missing. You could try using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and then check whether re-generating the reported images via the plugin resolves the issue once you try to Smush the images again.

If there are only a few images that are reported, you could delete and re-upload the image instead of using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

I added the plugin and tried it again. But it didn’t work. By the way, how can I send the images here?

Unfortunately, the screenshot you sent us via email doesn’t have enough information to troubleshoot.

What information do you need? I sent the screenshot I took after I did the bulk smash.

The screenshot you shared previously only has a screenshot regarding a page with the content of “Confirmation of procedure details” and also a screenshot showing Smush is active.
There isn’t any screenshot of what it shows after running bulk smush.
Could you please provide us with a new screenshot once more by following the steps mentioned previously ie here:
