    Hello @wpturnedup,

    Thank you for using our plugin. The results will be in the audit log itself. You should see these events:

    Event ID 6033 stating that the file integrity scan started or stopped.

    If during a scan the plugin identifies new files, or that existing files has been edited or deleted, then it uses these event IDs to report the changes:

    Event ID 6028 – a file was modified
    Event ID 6029 – a file was added to the website
    Event ID 6030 – a file was deleted.

    Therefore if after a scan you do not see any events with ID 6028, 6029 or 6030 it means that there were no file changes. You read the document WordPress file changes notifications for more detailed information on the file integrity scanner of the plugin.
