    Hi @m8rx007,

    According to this question:

W3TC stores its data in yoursiteurl.whatever/wp-content/cache/ and from there you will have different folders based on W3TC settings. For example, if you enable enhanced page caching, there will be a folder for page_enhanced

To exclude w3-total-cache files from your backups, add wp-content/cache to your exclude settings, as follows:

WordPress Dashboard > BoldGrid Backup > Settings > Backup Storage > Files and Folders > Custom Backup > Add wp-content/cache to the Exclude setting.

Be sure to click that “preview” button to double check the new exclude filter is working as expected.

This should work, let us know if you need any additional help!
