1. Can your check your upload folder permission if it’s writable?
2. Check if there’s any error logs on your server.
3. Enable wp_debug in wp-config.php.

Upload folder permission is writeable. Also made enable wp_debug.
Here is an error message in WP dashboard “PHP update is required”, Site is running on PHP V-7.1.3. Should I update it?

Can you check your “/wp-content” directory and see if there’s errog.log/debug.log file?
Also if you have any security plugin, please try and deactivate then test the form again.

Thanks, I found the issue.
You need to contact your hosting provider and must enable or install the mbstring extension.

I managed to disable the function if is not supported on the server.
