File Download Problem

    Hello,

    I recently buy a product designer plugin to add in my account but I’m finding it difficult to upload the file. This is what I see as given options to download, I’m sure something is missing:

    All files & documentation; License certificate & purchase code (PDF); License certificate & purchase code (text)

    Someone with the know-how, I know many are here, your help will be appreciated.

    What is the name of the plugin you purchased, and where did you purchase it from?

    Hello James,

    Sorry for the later reply as I wasn’t checking my other boxes. To answer your question the name of the plugin is Lumise Product Designer.

    I message the author about the instruction provided from him not taking effect, so far he hasn’t responded. I want the plugin to work in my account.
