# File does not exists

 * Hi,
 * I’m using your plugin for several years now, so I’m very much obliged to you.
 * Today, I get a little bug when a user told me that he can’t download a file. 
   The problem only concerns files on my server.
 * I can access them trough web browser. Permalinks and others settings looks fine.
   But the dropdown in adding file section is now empty. Maybe the bug happens since
   SSL is on.

 * Not too sure if I can help, since I can’t reproduce this problem on my end.
 * check if your file path to see if it is valid? under WP-Admin -> Download -> 
   Download Options -> “Download Path”
 * Then ssh to your machine and do a `ls -al <PATH>` to see if it can detect.
