I just tried to replicate the same behavior on my end with the same file, but it worked fine.
Is it possible to send me a screenshot with your file path: edit that download > go to Downloadable files/version > open the version > and screenshot the file URL there. Is it a really strange behavior.

Odd that it’s working for you then 🙂 I’ve tried it on 3 different browsers all with the same issue, and it was reported to me from my client who also has the same issue, as reported by the sales team who are all having the same issue 🙂
There was nothing for me to “click” to open the version (see second red box – nothing to click there) – so that may be part of the issue? And here’s that screenshot.

Can you click there where it says: #1605 Version n/a November etc > it will open like this: https://imgur.com/a/5rEHFlG
Also, could you try deleting the File URL there and then clicking ‘Upload fie’ and reuploading it?

I have a similar issue with a pdf. The pdf appears to load into the browser but doesn’t open – theres a loading bar that reaches 100% but the acutal file doesnt render. The file opens when I load its url into the browser.
