 * I have been searching but no luck 🙁 maybe im just using the wrong search terms
or it just doesn’t exist 🙂
 * I am using the download manager ( to track downloads) and the file manager (to
   upload the files)
 * i would likee to see if there is a plugin that will let my users browse all the
non image files that are uploaded in a certain folder.

to see what i did. So i use the file manager plug in to upload the files to it(
or ftp them) and i use the download manager to track the downloads

 * hbalagh – would you mind sharing how you got the listing on your file-archive
page? I’m using the file manager plugin to upload files on the admin side, but
i would love to know how to list those files as you did… and how you got the
sorting to work. Also, is the file date displayed pulled dynamically from the
file, or are you manually editing that info? Thanks!

 * here you go download this, place the indexer.php in your templates directory
make a page in your wp-admin using the indexer as the template
    and place the
functions.php in your main blog directory you will have to edit lines 18 and
71 depending on where you have your files uploaded to in the indexer.php i have
mine set up so it uploads to a directory named “files” as you will see in the
   script
 * the info is all pulled automatically

 * I tried it, too. Works great. I was looking for some easy way to provide sample
files to my students. I only had one problem which I solved by including the
csort function in the indexer.php file. Thanks again.
