    File backup schedule is set to Weekly and to retain backup of 4 iterations. Database backup schedule is set to Daily and to retain backup of 30 iterations. Database backup is working properly. In Existing Backups list, there is an entry for Database every day. But the file backup schedule is not running at all. When I run Full Backup manually, it completes successfully, but does not follow the schedule.

    Backup is set to Google Drive & there are enough space to keep more than 4 iterations of file backups. Can you shed a light that what may be the issue?

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log for the files backup?
    Please don’t post the log directly here. Use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and share the link here.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve set up File backup schedule to Weekly and to retain 4 backups and Database backup schedule to Daily and to retain 30 backups. Backup is set to send to a Google Drive which is exclusively used for keeping backup of this website only.

    The backup log I send earlier is the log file that is downloaded from Backup / Restore -> Last log message area. Screenshot of the backup screen is available here – https://snipboard.io/IUWgkY.jpg. I don’t know where from I can download file backup log.

    If you want to take a look, I can provide you an admin login credential to the website.

    Hi Manas,

    Please click the “view log” for the July 29 backup 16:31 and then you should be able to download the log file and send it here.

    Hi Manas,

    Thank you! I don’t see any issues really.

    If the problem persists, I would suggest wiping out settings. This is too clear off any corrupted settings. This can be done in the “Advance Tools” tab and setup backup schedules and remote storage again.
