File Away Shortcode Generator Not Showing

    The shortcode generator will not show up on my TinyMCE editor, i have tried uninstalling my TinyMCE plugin and the File Away plugin and reinstalling, but i still can not get it to show up. Is there some problem with this that i should be aware of?

    No, there is no problem with the shortcode button or the shortcode generator. You need to check your console for javascript errors, and/or deactivate your other plugins until you find the plugin that is causing the problem. Sometimes other plugins bad code can create problems for tinymce plugins.

    it is working now, but only in posts even when i change the access type. but this is better than before 🙂 thanks for the help.
