# File Attachment Settings

 * Hi,
    I just installed the plugin. I tried to search for this issue, but was unsuccessful.
   I checked the box in settings to allow for files to be attached. However, I don’t
   see a way to save this setting. When I click the save button below the API box,
   it removes the check box. Anyone else experience this? I’m assuming I’m missing
   something obvious.

 * It is possible to display the contact form by using the Shortcode which is generated.
   For example, it may look something like this:
 * [zendesk_request_form attachments=”1″ priority=””]
 * The shortocde generator options on the plugin settings page can be used to generate
   the shortcode, then copy it into the page you’d like to show the form. For example,
