# File attachment does not work

 * Hi,
 * File attachment does not work in the part where the user adds the ticket because
   it conflicts with other cache plugin. How can I fix this? I wait for reply.

 * Can you please share the cache plugin name? We will try to reproduce the issue
   on our local server, if we found the issue it will be fixed in a future version
   of the plugin.

 * We have checked the working of SupportCandy with cache plugin but we did not 
   face such an issue. It is working fine.
    Please follow the below steps:
    - Clear your browser cache
    - Clear your site cache
    - go to Support > Settings > Attachments > Attachment max filesize(MB) setting
      and make sure you are uploading the file having size less than this setting.
 * If that does not resolve the issue please [create a ticket](https://supportcandy.net/support-ticket/)
   on our site. One of our agents will help you to resolve the issue.
