• Hi,

    Is there any way to add fields but have results go into the message text, not into a custom field?
    I want users to fill out a bunch of questions but all the answers to be part of the body of the of the ticket.

    How do I do this?

    Hi @gnetsteve,

    This is technically possible by setting the option I’ve highlighted here – http://imgur.com/a/z4ymF. However you will also need to set a “Zendesk Ticket Field ID” too. You could just put some random numbers (make sure it isn’t t he same as a real custom field ID though).

    This will mean the form can be submitted and the data will be displayed within the text of the message rather than custom fields. I haven’t tested it, but it should work. Let me know if you run into any issues with it.

    It didn’t work with a random number.
