    Can the resulting PDF template be configured?

    Nice work BTW. WordPress needs this feature where form submissions are used to create PDF and pages. Thanks.

    Hello,

    At default it creates one for you but there is a way to use your own instead. Read about it in the FAQ section

    Once you create a new PDF form, just upload your version via FTP to the location/name of what it shows in the backend. Keep in mind, if you hit the save button in this form area, it will regenerate the default PDF.
