    WooCommerce by default reloads the checkout page when address information changes as it needs to recalculate things like shipping and taxes.

    Since information that you enter into the Stripe fields is posted directly to Stripes servers, your site does not have access to it. Because of that, it is not able to restore what was previously input after the page is refreshed.
