    I saw another topic on this that was closed without a resolution. The tech asked the poster to disable all plugins and see if that worked (in case another plugin was interfering). The poster said that didn’t solve the problem. I am having this same issue ever since the last update of the plugin. It seems to only happen when people fill in the fiedls and then check out with Apple Pay or Google Pay instead of clicking on the add to cart button. I don’t think I ever had an instance of this happening until recently so I think it was the update that changed something. I have had 2 for sure that I know of on this one product alone (in referenced link).

    @ideefabriek seems to have found a possible cause of the issue.

    For all who encounter the same case: please check if the attribute values for WooCommerce variations are not duplicated.
