Fields not showing up in nextgen gallery

Great plugin. I am just a little confused, and the images in the How to screenshots are broken, I am just looking to link NextGen thumbnail gallery to pages. I have Advanced Custom Fields and this plugin installed, updated and activated. I have added the Nextgen Gallery field, set to show if logged in as administrator, and I am still not seeing a field to add a page link when I am in the Manage Galleries screen in NextGen. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
