I am using Ultimate Member Version 2.0.24 and WordPress Version 4.9.8

The Fields Manager while editing the forms has suddenly stopped loading.

I tried increasing memory limit to 512M, disabled all plugins and used default theme but the problem persists.

Console on inspect on Chrome shows following errors
Uncaught ReferenceError: um_admin_dragdrop_data is not defined
Uncaught ReferenceError: um_admin_modal_data is not defined

    Please help

  • The same for me since yesterday night. I think the plugin is bugging. Don’t worry. The Support will fix it as soon as possible 🙂

Since yesterday night exactly on me, the plugging is bugging 🙂

    Exactly the same here.
This seems to happen right after upgrade to version 2.0.24 of Ultimate Member core plugin.
I temporarily resolved the situation by restoring version to 2.0.23

So I am not alone who is facing the issue. Hope the issue is fixed soon.

Yes it will be. The owners are amazing ! <3

    From support :
It looks like a conflict with your theme or other plugins.
Please make sure that you have the latest 2.0.24 version of the plugins installed.
Try to clear your browser cache or use a private/incognito window.
Do the DB upgrade under the Ultimate member section on your dashboard if it’s available.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

I cleared my browser cache and bug has been fixed guys 😛

    Hi @hues and @cexpert,

Have you tried clearing browser cache and data and see if this solves this issue?

    Regards.

I had reverted to version 2.0.23 temporarily.
Updated to latest Version 2.0.25 and the issue seems to be fixed now.

Thank you. Marking this as resolved 🙂

CTRL + F5 worked to me, thanks @ultimatemembersupport
