Fields blocked

    I made changes to the layout of 3 fields, through the settings in the css classes, adding 3 columns. But these fields are blocked from entering the information on the form.

    I placed the form three times in different ways, first by Essential Addons for Elementor, second by Wpforms and the third by shortcode.
    All of these are blocked
