 * Hi there,
 * I need the fields to be hidden by default then start to show up when the customer
   click on the option. I have already made all the visibility tweaks for the fields
   to when to show, but when i view the form, they are all showing up without choosing
   any option.
 * I will explain my options here:
    If you choose [service A] – Field [1] will appear,
   if you choose [Yes] field [1A] will appear and if you choose [No] field [1B]
   will appear.
 * However, in my case, all of the field are appearing!
 * Thanks a lot!

 * Hi [@gcsaudi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gcsaudi/)
 * i hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!
 * It seems that Forminator is currently disabled on your site as I can only see
   raw shortcode on a linked page. What you’re trying to achieve should be doable
   with fields’ “visibilty” settings, though.
 * It’s difficult to say why it’s not working for you without actually seeing/testing
   the form so may I ask you to share the form with me?
 * Each form can be exported form the plugin by using “Export” option from the menu
   under a small “gear” icon next to the form on “Forminator -> Forms” page. Could
   you export the form in question and share the export code with us here?
 * Note:
    – if there are any e-mail notifications enabled, you might want to temporary
   remove them form the form before exporting it – please make sure to mark the
   code as “code” using the “code” button in this post editor here.
 * Best regards,
    Adam
