I am not using the premium version. We have a birth date (text) field that I have manually added with your plugin. The data submitted by that field doesn’t get stored in the user’s data and/or isn’t available when looking at Dashboard > Users. The only way to have access to this field’s data is to go through each order to look for it.
This version of our plugin doesn’t have a feature to create usermeta fields to show it on the Users details page.

What’s the point of collecting more data if we can’t access it?
The free version only provides the option to add order specific checkout fields not user-specific. Hence all the added fields will be displayed in the order detail page.
