There was no changes on the website. Just the update of your plugin breaks this and the product key field is not recorded to order and not sent to email. We rolled back the update to old version of the plugin and it works fine. But we can’t update your plugin, as it breaks every time we try to do that, and field is not recorded anymore.

I have a similar issue and I am on version 2.0.8. I added 3 fields using Field Factory to my product – one text, one text area and the third is a radio button field. Of the 3 fields only the text field is visible now in the Woocommerce Orders details, the other 2 are missing and I cannot export them either.
Any help is appreciated.

@romandesign We are having the same issue as well. I have noticed that it only applies to my longer text fields.

Since I didn’t receive any update on this issue, I went ahead with another plugin to get the longer text field/radio button/checkbox type fields reported.
