Just an FYI, the “custom pizza” product also doesn’t show any options for me. So looks like it doesn’t work on both products?
If you are adding fields via the menu WooCommerce > Product Fields, make sure you have nothing in the “conditions – When should this field group be displayed?” section as that is where you can decide what conditions have to be true before showing the fields. Your screenshot doesn’t show this section so I don’t know if you have added any rules there?
