Support » Plugin: WordPress Form Builder Plugin - Gutenberg Forms » Field conditions cause javascript error (critical, edit form won’t show up)

  • I’ve used conditions to show a textfield if a specific value in a select field is chooosed.

After saving the post, i’ve got some message like “your template doesn’t fit the contents” in Gutenberg, i don’t remember the exact phrase. The message had two options, one was something like “restore template” or so.. and the other one was something like “leave it as it is”. I’ve choosed the second option.

I never saw this kind of message in Gutenberg, i will update the text if i get it again.

Afterwards i’ve got a white page caused by JS errors:
“Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: condition is not defined”
    “Error: Minified React error #321″.

To solve it i’ve set enableCondition”:true to false in the database.

  • I got the template error again (translated from german):

“The content of your post does not match the template assigned to your content type.”
(“Der Inhalt deines Beitrags passt nicht zu dem Template, das deinem Inhaltstyp zugeordnet ist.”)

    “Keep it as it is”
    (“So behalten, wie es ist”)

    “Reset template”
    (“Template zurĂĽcksetzen”)
