Hi all,
I have noticed a text and field before the caption of the Form. In Spanish it is shown as “Por favor, deja este campo vacío” (Please, leeave this field blank).
I have recreated a new form but it is still appearing.

So it sounds like there’s a custom field being added to your forms, right? Please have a look at this tutorial that explains how to delete them:

I have tried to do that but I cannot noticed this custom field.I have done some different trials but always with the same result

I know this is not a good solution but I have partially solved by hidding the elements. After seeing in Development mode the objects I have added a personal CSS to them. Just only for other people who could have the same issue.
