 * Hello! Seems it should be a great pluging, please finish it up so we can use 
   it. Few points:
    1. After install there are two WP User Tracker PRO pluging appear
   in the installed plugin list. 2. Whatever widget I try to set it gives the error
   about timezone while timezone is set (on +4 GMT). 3. The popup doesn’t popup 
   acutally. Another user wrote that it worked only on IE, not in Chrome or Firefox.
   Unfortunatelly I don’t have IE to try, but it is confirmed not to work in other
   brouthers. 4. The same with the readers on individual articles. That alsways 
   stays 0.

 * You have to set the default city (eg:-Dhaka) instead of GMT format. Then the 
   pluin will work fine.
