Fetched articles not loading properly in theme

Hey,
Was able to make the pipes work properly with the pipe hat you suggested previously for reference. This worked great in my previous theme. But when i changed the theme to the Hot topix premium theme which has a featured posts section, the articles did not load properly.

Here, you can check the home page LUC home, where all the articles are loading properly but in the history, technology and other sections, it doesn’t.
Science section

I don’t exactly know what the problem is. Please help me with this.

Hi gauravg92,

Your theme maybe need something special with the posts. And because of that, the posts from WP-Pipes do not met that special requirement, so they are not loaded properly. That is only my guess. I think you should hire a developer who can debug your system. Or if you can, try do it by yourself.

Hey Tung Pham,

What I forgot to mention is that when I load the feed from wired.com it loads properly in the theme. However when I try to do the same with interestingengineering.com (Engineering), howtogeek.com (Technology) and historyblog.com (Arts), I get this formatting error in the theme.

Been trying to debug this but I don’t understand what is going wrong. At first the pipes weren’t imported correctly but now after correcting that error it still doesn’t load properly.

Please do let me know if there is any way I can correct this.

I installed and created my pipes. Everything was working great for a couple weeks. Now however, the descriptions on the blog TOC pages (front page showing the various articles) has correct titles and excerpts, but when you go to the single article page it has completely different data. Additionally, all the posts that had been accurate no longer are. I verified this by checking the RSS sources and their post pages.

I’ve exported my pipes and can send them. All my security plugins show no malware or injections.

Hi all,

With different sources, you should use the different settings for the pipe. The default pipe’s purpose is only making you could understand the data-stream of 1 pipe.

I took a screen-cast for how I create a pipe. For example with http://feeds.howtogeek.com/howtogeek

Thanks a lot for bearing with me and for your help. I was finally able to get the pipes to work based on your screencast. Still have a lot more feeds to configure but so far so good.
