    Hello @gillesken.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    If you have tried to fetch a new token and that is the error you are getting, then I would recommend you remove your authorization for WP-Lister in the third party app authorizations section within your eBay account directly on eBay.

    Then go ahead and fetch another token from WP-Lister and that should fix this.

    Kind regards,
    John

    Hello I have the same problem, I already removed token from ebay, and tried to fetch again, but still get this error.

                        [ErrorCode:protected] => 932
                        [UserDisplayHint:protected] =>
                        [SeverityCode:protected] => Error
                        [ErrorParameters:protected] =>
                        [ErrorClassification:protected] => SystemError
                    )

            )

    )

    forgot to tell that if I add the account as a “new account” the token fetch works

    but doing so, I lose all items sync.

    So, why it works as new account, but not working for update it with new token?

    Hey @ntcsrls

    Sorry to hear about this issue.

    We have heard of some users having this problem lately and our developers believe it is a temporary issue on eBay’s end currently.

    Can you first try what usually works for other users:

    We have to force eBay to generate a brand new token for you. To do that, you will first need to remove your existing third party authorization for WP-Lister on eBay, then renew the token again from WP-Lister.

    To remove WP-Lister from your account, log in to your eBay account then go to Account Settings > Site Preferences > Third-party Authorizations. After revoking access to WP-Lister, go back to your WP-Lister account page then follow the on-screen instructions to refresh your token.

    If that does not work, please open a new ticket here with our support and include a link to this forum.

    Kind regards,
    John
