# Fetch Stock from Square Error

 * Whenever I try to fetch stock from Square on variable products I get the following
   error:
 * “Error finding item in Square. Please mark product as un-synced and save, then
   synced again.”
 * I have tried un-syncing the product, saving and re-syncing.
 * Woocommerce is system of record. The problem seems to have occurred after updating
   the database to the most current version.

 * I understand that you’re unable to fetch stock from Square for some variable 
   products and receives the following error message above.
 * I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your **System Status 
   Report** that you can find via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select `Get system report`
   and then `Copy for support`. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your
   reply here.
 * If you could also provide the **fatal error logs** (if any) under `WooCommerce
   > Status > Logs`.
