Feild Positions Not Holding position

Hello,

Im using VFB Version 2.7.1 and its worked fine up until now. When I take a field and indent it then try to save that change it reverts back to its previous position. I am able to move fields up and down the lists.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue?
