OK, so the Autoptimized CSS seems broken, maybe because one of the original files is broken; can you try excluding wp-content/plugins/ht-mega-for-elementor/assets/css/htbbootstrap.css or even wp-content/plugins/ht-mega-for-elementor/ from CSS optimization?
