Fehler 403 bei Auswahl einer Produktkategorie

Hallo,
Wenn ich mir nur eine bestimmte Produktkategorie ansehen und auf den Button “Auswahl einschränken” gehe, bekomme ich eine 403 mit der Meldung: You don’t have permission to access this resource. Dies hatte ich vor ein paar Tagen für kurze Zeit, dann war der Fehler weg. Seit dem Wochenende ist die Meldung wieder da. Möchte ich eine Kategorie bearbeiten, also z.B. Text ändern, ebenfalls 403. Produkte kann ich bearbeiten, muss mich halt durchklicken bei fast 300.
Alle im Netz vorgeschlagen Tipps zur Behebung habe ich probiert, keine Änderung.
Die Seite liegt bei Strato, dort angerufen, sie können nichts machen, es wäre wohl ein Woocommerce Problem. Mein Mann hat das gleiche Problem mit seinem Shop, auch bei Strato. Ein weiterer Shop bei einem anderen Provider läuft ohne diese Störung.
Das hört sich ja doch sehr nach Strato Problem an. Der Shop läuft immer noch auf der MySQL 5.7, die Umstellung auf 8.0 bringt mich an meine Grenzen. Könnte dies dennoch eine Ursache sein?
Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee, was ich machen kann oder wie ich Strato auf die Füße treten kann.

Mir hat der Strato support gerade noch gesagt das sie keine anderen Anfragen bezüglich des Problems hatten und das das jetzt bei 3 Strato Usern die ich kenne auftritt (Ihr seid jetzt 4 und 5) kann ja auch Zufall sein.

Oh, das ist mal eine Aussage, da rufe ich gleich auch nochmal an. Vielleicht erreichen wir dann doch was.

Unter dem Menüpunkt Produkte könnte ich nur die Eigenschaften ändern, alles andere öffnet ebenfalls 403.

Hier im Forum sind wir jetzt 5 mit dem gleichen Problem und alle sind zufällig bei Strato.

Ich habe jetzt mit denen telefoniert und man sieht sehr wohl eine Fehlermeldung. Der Server bekommt die Anfrage und kann sie nicht beantworten, so die Aussage.
Ich schreibe jetzt gerade dort ins Formular, auf Bitte der Dame am Telefon, damit sich vielleicht doch jemannd kümmert.

Na ja, klingt ja erstmal als wenn sich was bewegen könnte. Darf ich fragen welches Formular ? Dann schreib ich da auch nochmal hin.

Ja, klar, ich habe nämlich auch gesucht und nichts gefunden. Die Leute am Telefon sind bemüht, da kommen aber oft abstruse Vorschläge. Die schriftliche Möglichkeit haben sie jetzt gut versteckt.

Ganz nach unten scrollen: Impressum, dort die Mailadresse impressum@strato.de und es öffnet sich das Formular. (Wenn man eingeloggt ist, gleich mit der Paketnummer)

Hab jetzt die unbefriedigende Antwort von Strato erhalten.

Mein Lieblingssatz: Wenn andere, ebenfalls STRATO Kunden betroffen sind, kann ich das insofern nachvollziehen da STRATO großen Zuspruch für die bereitgestellten Plattformen erhält.

Dieser ist auch schön:

Aktuell kann ich ihnen mitteilen, dass permanent Änderungen an der Struktur unserer Systeme getätigt werden. Diese haben aber keinen Einfluss auf das Verhalten von Anwendungen, die auf der Plattform laufen.

I understand that you have received a response from Strato which you find unsatisfactory.

From your message, it seems Strato is undergoing continuous changes to their system structure but they assure that this will not affect the applications running on their platform.

As I’m unable to replicate this issue on both of my test sites, I recommend that you clone your site and have it tested on a local environment like https://localwp.com/ and see if you’re able to replicate this issue.

That way, you’ll be able to know if the issue is with WooCommerce or your host Strato. You can use a plugin like this one to export your store and database.

So, habe nun einen neuen Fehler in meinem Errorlog gefunden und dazu hier etwas gefunden :

Es sieht stark danach aus das es ein Problem der bei Strato laufenden Apache Version ist.

Ersetzt man händisch in der durch die Filternutzung erzeugte URL %3F durch ? funtioniert alles einwandfrei !

Hat einer eine Idee für einen .htaccess Eintrag bezügl Rewrite Rule der das Problem umgehen könnte ?

Hi @chefchiller,

The issue you’re experiencing appears to be related to the way Apache server at Strato is handling URLs.

I would recommend reaching out to a developer to assist with this, as it is currently out of our support scope. Also note that modifying .htaccess is a powerful action with potential to disrupt your site if not done correctly.

As this is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

Guten Morgen,
bisher habe ich von Strato noch keine Antwort, die wollte ich noch abwarten. Meine Überlegung war auch, ein älteres Backup einzuspielen, denn vor ein paar Tagen gab es ja ein Woocommeerce Update.
Dein Tipp @chefchiller ist schon mal sehr hilfreich, weil er funktioniert, vielen Dank.
Sollte was Neues bzw. hilfreiches von Strato kommen, melde ich mich wieder.
