    As of April 12th, the fees are not being forwarded to the checkout screen and payments.

    It is calculated and displayed fine on the carts but all is lost when you go to checkout.

    Is this something on my end? Or is this duplicated elsewhere?

    Correction… it’s lost from the Checkout Screen to Place Order.

    I have Auto-update for my plugins. Seems that there was an update to v2.5.8 that was made at the time when the problem started.

    Looking at the change log, there’s an entry:
    “The plugin goes into continous loading of the cart at Checkout when precision is left blanks for rounding. Fixed the same”
    I would think this coding change is the culprit. I disabled rounding and it still happens. Hope this issue is resolved quickly.

    I have tried to replicate the issue on our staging site with the latest version which is version 2.5.8, I am unable to replicate the issue as the payment fees are added fine to the Your order table on the checkout page and even on the Order received page.

    I have tried to replicate the issue in the following cases:
    1) When only one payment gateway is enabled.
    2) Changing the payment gateway from one to another.
    3) As a logged-in user.
    4) As a guest user.
    5) Enabling the ‘Rounding’ option.

    In all the cases, the payment gateway fees are charged fine to the order.

    It would be great if you can provide me the screenshots of the settings which are set in our plugin on your site. This information would help me to replicate the issue on our end and then I can assist you in a better way.

    I have a ticket open with Tyche and Komal is working on solving the issue on my site. I’m sure that he’ll post the results here but if not, I will send a message.
