Feel Cheated

Easy Contact Forms is pretty well known, and I’ve used their free plugin in the past. Based on their reputation, I made a custom styled form, and then paid the $50 for my “premium” template. I can download the form, but I can’t use it on my site because I don’t have the special Champion Forms plugin. It says in the FAQ that you’re supposed to receive a link to that plugin when you make your purchase, but I didn’t get it. I’ve emailed support about it twice and gotten no response. Totally bummed out – especially by the terrible support.
