FeedWordPress permissions issue

I no longer have a way to add channels after upgrading to WP 3.5.

I have access to another site that also uses FeedWordPress, and had no problems getting to this page.

When I copy
http://myfriendswebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=feedwordpress/syndication.php

and change it to

http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=feedwordpress/syndication.php

I get a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” message.

I’m the admin, have the following plugins:
Jetpack
Taxonomy List Widget
FWP+: Add Attribution
Custom Post Widget

I deactivated all plugins, and changed themes to Twenty Eleven and back again to what I had installed. The only change I see is that my custom css appears to be blown away.
