Plugin isn’t updating price changes anymore either.
Hi Vlad,
Sorry to here you encounter new problems.
Please update first the plugin with the latest version 0.10.0
That wil fix all bugs and issues we have talked about.
It is a major update and will make things way more easy.
Let me know than if you have done this successfully and let me know if your problems you have stated here are solved also.

Hello Auke,
I see that there’s no option to update the plugin from /wp-admin.
Is it safe to do it through FTP? Just unzip the content of the update and replace the old ones?
Hi Vlad,
I would wait until the plugin in your wordpress tells you to update.
You can do an update by deleting the plugin folder with ftp and upload the new folder.
It will pick-up the settings from the previous installation.
But because it is a big update with lots of changes the safest way is to wait a few moments until your wordpress picks up the update.

WordPress still isn’t telling me to update..
Vlad, i have no idea what the issues are causing.
What plugin version do you have?
Do you have already version 0.10.0?
If not;
- Backup your plugin directory
- Download version 0.10.0
- Remove the plugin director 0.8.0
- Do not remove the “wp-product-feed-manager-support” directory
- upload the 0.10.0 directory
Open WordPress again and go to the plugin and tell me what is happening
You could also deactivate the 0.8.0 plugin and delete the plugin in your plugin section. You can than install the new 0.10.0 version. You will have to create a new feed when you do this but you know you have a clean version.
Let me know!

I did as you instructed. Got version 0.10.0 now, but the plugin isn’t working at all anymore.
Not only that it doesn’t see my feeds anymore, but I can’t even add any New Feeds. See here: http://s23.postimg.org/gkhubitnv/Untitled.png
Try this: Ctrl + F5 or remove the cache from your browser.

Tried everything, but still NOT WORKING IN CHROME.
Interesting enough, it’s working in Microsoft Edge.
Hi Vlad,
I am not really sure how i can help you.
I work in Chrome all the time and can not reproduce the same error.
Have you really removed the cache of the browser?
Have you installed a caching plugin? empty the cache there. (should not be a problem though)
Have you tried on a different machine?

Hello Vlad,
– Could you please look in the wp_product_feed plugin root folder and see if you can find a error.log file. I’f it’s there, could you please send that to us.
– What version of WordPress are you using?
– Could you provide us with a link to one or more feeds that are in the feed folder?

Hi Auke,
Sorry for late reply. It’s showing the feeds now, but the items in the .xml are not getting updated after I update them on the site.
@michel
– There’s no error log.
– the WordPress version just before 4.5
– http://www.fanschest.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager-support/feeds/feed.xml
Vlad, great the plugin is showing the feeds now.
Please can you tell me if you have activated the plugin?
Click the “Activate” link in the feedlist. (see screenshot)

Ok, now it’s a bit clear to me why things are not working anymore.
From update 0.10 you guys changed the “Source field” options and names…

For example, for “Description” I used to use the source field “SEO Meta Description”, which is not available anymore. And I see that many other source fields that I was using are not available anymore.
