Hey Artiom!
The plugin, was deactivated or deleted, won’t be used by WordPress and will not force the redirect, so it’s highly likely that it’s a cache or other issue outside of the plugin itself. You can delete the plugin to be extra sure.
My guess would be that the redirect might be cached in your browser or higher up the food chain, like your DNS. If you have a service like cloudflare you might be able to force a cache clear, but you’d need to reach out to them for specifics.
I’d recommend flushing the site’s permalinks (this is done simply by loading the Settings > Permalinks page). Then either open the site in another browser, incognito/private window, or clearing your browser’s cache before trying to view the feeds.
