Feedburner XML Parsing Error?

I’ve already transferred feedburner to the Google Account but I can’t seem to understand the error message below whenever the chicklet is clicked on my site;

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: http://feeds.feedburner.com/MySite
Line Number 3, Column 1:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

This is how the code looks like in my sidebar widget:

Is it a problem with my coding or WP2.8.4?
