Feedburner ‘browser friendly’ version not accessed

Sorry if anyone is annoyed I’m asking this question here — but it does likely involve some tweaking to my feed set up, and it is near-impossible to get a question answered at the formerly-fabulous-and-friendly feedburner forum.

So, I have my blog feeds redirected to my feedburner feed. The “browser friendly” option is activated, but when someone clicks to subscribe to my feed, they are always taken to the “unfriendly” plain old feed page.

Anyone else have this problem and know how to solve it? I am using the feedburner plugin.
