• Hi! When content is rated 1 or 2 points of 5, text field is open for user’s comments. After clicking on the send button with subsequent short time appearing of message sending progress bar, nothing else happens. Message is not delivered. Default admin’s e-mail in WordPress general options doesn’t receive messages. Or perhaps feedback is displayed elsewhere not in e-mail message? I can’t find it, though in statistics test page has number of feed-backs sent. Can you help, please?

    Hi @edviser,

The feedback for each post can be seen in the post editor (edit post) at the bottom. You should also receive an email every time feedback is submitted if that’s enabled in the plugin settings. But emails are sometimes tricky – I recommend using SMTP.

    Regards,

@blazk, thanks a lot! I didn’t notice feedback at the bottom of page in editor mode. Problem is resolved! E-mails are not important as feed backs.
