 * Hey SendGrid
 * I love you plugin But here are some reasons I am keeping it on version 1.9.4
   on a multi-site install.
 * I have set a category for each subsite, so in the activity viewer I can see that
   all the subsites are firing properly.
 * So we have in our activity feed:
 * Category:
    wp_sendgrid_plugin, store wp_sendgrid_plugin, main site
 * See screenshot: [https://cloudup.com/cRz461Qw4YV](https://cloudup.com/cRz461Qw4YV)
 * And we wouldn’t be able to do that with the 1.10.1 multi-site install.
 * But if we could categories per subsites on multi-site install I would be interesting
   in testing it out on our staging server again.
 * Cheers
 * rd

 * Hello [@rdall](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rdall/),
 * Thank you for the feedback. It is very useful for us and we’ll definitely take
   this into consideration for the next versions.
 * How would you see these configurations? We have two possible options:
    – configure
   in Admin Dashboard for each site – give access per site and then each sub-site
   will configure its own options
 * Thank you,
    SendGrid

 * Hi Send Grid
 * I may not be the best to answer this question as our Multi-site is only so we
   can run six subsites without the added maintenance of six installs.
 * However in saying that I would prefer the:
 * – configure in Admin Dashboard for each site
 * Since we don’t allow users to create subsites and all subsites are administered
   run by myself or our staff this would work best in our case.
 * I’ll see if I can get some more feed back from other multi-site developers.

 * Just to repeat what I told Robert privately, your use-case is a really great
   example of how WordPress is used by myriad people. Since you _do_ use this, and
   you are on Multisite, highlighting your use is important.
 * > How would you see these configurations? We have two possible options:
   >  – configure
   > in Admin Dashboard for each site – give access per site and then each sub-site
   > will configure its own options
 * There’s a third option:
 * – Allow the admin a choice: Network Wide OR Per Site
 * The first choice you have there is what we call ‘Network Wide, Customized’ and
   the second is the ‘traditional’ per-site. If you take a look at Jetpack, you’ll
   see how they actually allow you to hook up your network sites to Jetpack VIA
   the network admin! Which (for me) is great 🙂
 * So you could have your network admin screen have a set of choices:
 * 1) Network Managed
    2) Per-Site Managed
 * And with a ‘select all’ choice, a Network Admin could select all, change to Network
   Managed, and carry on. OR they could decide one site is on it’s own.
 * It’s a lot of work, though. Welcome to Multisite: Options, Options everywhere!

 * Hello,
 * Thank you [@ipstenu](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ipstenu/) and [@rdall](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rdall/).
   It is very useful for us. We will add some stories in our backlog and announce
   here when these features will be available.
 * Have a nice day,
    SendGrid

 * Hello,
 * Multisite compatibility should provide:
 * When network activated, then all sites on the network should use the same SendGrid
   account and credentials. However, the Network Super Admin can set an option in
   the Network dashboard that allows subsite Admins to override the network settings
   and configure with their own SendGrid account on each subsite.
 * When activated site-by-site (not network activated) then each subsite Admin on
   the multisite network should be able to configure for use with their own SendGrid
   account.
 * This is the most flexible scenario in my opinion

 * I had already created a support thread about this issue, but I’ll go ahead and
   comment here as well.
 * I think it would be beneficial to support both the configuration of Sendgrid
   for the ENTIRE multisite network. Meaning that the subsites will not be able
   to be configured and they all use the settings from the network.
 * I would also like to have the option to configure each one separately. This option
   is most important to me because I host small sites for local businesses on a
   multisite and each site has its own Sendgrid account because they are entirely
   separate companies. The latest update causes their emails to be sent out from
   MY Sendgrid account.
 * It doesn’t make sense that a restaurant’s emails be coming from my web designer
   email address.
 * Please fix this, it was working fine on the previous versions.

 * It appears that the issue I reported in the thread below may actually be due
   to plugin modifications moving it toward some kind of new multisite functionality:
 * [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-plugin-1-10-2-no-longer-displays-menu-item/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-plugin-1-10-2-no-longer-displays-menu-item/)
 * ArkonLabs precisely describes the optimum multisite functionality and I encourage
   that implementation.
 * ArkonLabs, we are still using v 1.9.5 pending resolution of this transition in
   the plugin’s development

 * ArkonLabs
 * I completely agree with you too.
 * But we are still using 1.9.5 pending a resolution of this plugins developments
   as well.

 * Hello,
 * In some of the future versions we will try to cover all these functionalities.
   We will keep you posted.
 * Thank you again for all the help!

 * Chiming in: our setup is multisite for different language versions of an online
   store and we want to sent transactional email via SendGrid.
 * We’d be happy to enter one set of API credentials in the network admin, to be
   used on all sites.
 * And, for this plugin to be usable, we’d need to be able to set different from
   names and email addresses per site. This could happen in the network admin or
   the site admin areas. Network admin would probably be more convenient, but both
   would work for us.
 * FWIW, the Mailjet plugin is network activated and then has a settings page on
   each site (and no settings on the network admin). I don’t really mind entering
   the API keys there a few times, since we have max 5-7 sites per network, and
   I also need to test the setup on each site anyway.

 * Hi all,
 * Please check the latest version of our plugin. We did some major improvements
   on multisite side (including the possibility of having SendGrid settings page
   on every subsite of the network).
 * We would love to hear your feedback,
    SendGrid
