 * Hi, I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my design?
 *  [http://sally.lunaescence.com/](http://sally.lunaescence.com/)
 * I’ve already validated both the HTML and CSS, but I’ve been told my other designs
   don’t work in some browsers. I designed it for Firefox, since that’s what I primarily
   use. I used a short PHP script to call up a different style sheet for Internet
   Explorer and Opera, but I what to make certain it’s okay now.
 * Thank you!

 * It seems to work in Opera on Mac OS X. But some guy over on Arstechnica was trying
   to claim Opera wasn’t standards compliant, said I must not have done any web
   design before. I just directed him to my resume…

 * It is pleasing to the eye, which is important, but I think that the flower graphics
   dominate the page.
 * My eyes get drawn to the picture, and it is harder to read the text. Also, static(
   don’t know what else to call them) borders like you have set up annoy a lot of
   people. Most people prefer if everything scrolls with the text, instead of sitting
   there while the text scrolls.
 * Another thing, your text takes up a very small amount of the page, you should
   have the text take up more space

 * AS one scrolls thru the text, the large flower covers part of your content, a
   definite web design no-no. I like the idea, however, maybe consider stretching
   your flower vertically and making your content div height: 100%;
 * Another thought would be to use the flower as a nearly transparent background
   behind your content.
 * Just some thoughts.
