    I think after the latest update, when you click on Feedback, it says only, “No entries found.” There are no Pro or Contra entries whatsoever.

    thanks for your feedback. Did you save the Helpful settings again? Just to make sure there is nothing wrong (from my side).

    The more secure something is made, the more stupid it ends up being. For me, the feedback is still shown.

    I had the same problem : no feedback (comments) were being shown, even though when exporting they would be in the text-only page.
    After saving settings (I changed some minor thing), it now works again 🤷‍♂️

    Yes, I had to change something in the settings, unfortunately, so that they are saved as a string and I could escape them. Before there were probably security problems here.

    I’ll write the re-saving of the options in the changelogs.

    I saved something new (texts – before voting field), but still the feedback says “No entries found.”

    Does the dashboard widget show you that you have feedback? I can’t see that right now, or see if you have any feedback stored at all.

    It is important that you save all settings again. So you open the Helpful settings and save everywhere again. Except for Design, you don’t have to save anything there.

    Yes, the dashboard widget shows that I have feedback under the Recent Feedback tab.

    I went ahead and saved all the settings under Details, Texts, and System but I noticed that the save button doesn’t work when inside the Feedback section. The button simply fades to a lighter shade upon clicking it but that’s it. Nothing gets saved inside Feedback which may be related to the original problem?

    I should add that I still cannot see the feedback entries of which I have a vast amount.

    Do you have the latest version of Helpful installed?

    If necessary, you can also create an account for me and I’ll take a look myself. In most cases it is easier for me to solve a problem.
