feedback: divider, faq, service box

I turned on a few widgets and have some issues:
– With the Divider widget, you have “width” as an option. But it actually controls height. If you don’t like height, you could also use thickness, but width is not accurate.
– I added the FAQ widget which defaulted to posts. I had some test data in my posts any floating images seemed to really throw off the layout. Also, I’m seeing both bullets and arrows with my theme. I tried several Genesis themes and this was a problem on all of them. Although it looks fine with 2015.
– The Service Box is confusing. I can’t tell what it’s for. I tried to select a icon (vs a picture) and even though I set it to 30px there’s still a giant block behind it and the text was off to the right. I tried several settings and none of them looked any good.
