Feed won't validate

    Due to some issues with category feeds in the latest version of PowerPress, the developer suggests you download this dev version of the plugin and replace your current PowerPress installation with it. You’ll need to deactivate PowerPress, delete it (don’t worry, your settings are stored outside of the PowerPress folder), and then manually install this version and activate it:

    infamouskidd, my first thought was that you did not have the latest version of PowerPress.

    This morning I looked at the feeds in question in a web browser and discovered the issue. You have the site in some sort of maintenance mode. The feed itself does not have RSS XML but HTML. It is obvious in a browser such as Chrome when you look at it. It is displaying the following message in the feeds:

    Please Excuse Our Rust
    We will be back soon.

    I looked at your main site and I see the same message: http://thisisinfamous.com/

    This is the correct behavior. The idea behind using a coming soon or maintenance page is to prevent data you create in the site from leaking out. This includes feeds as well. Once you launch your website, you should then be able to submit your podcasts.
