Try decativating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 2.9) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0) to rule-out a theme-specific issue.
Did all of that already.
The Validator points the errors to these lines:
Line 13:
Line 14:

Line 17: <script type=”text/javascript” charset=”utf-8″ src=”http://w.sharethis.com/button/sharethis.js#wp=2.7.1&publisher=b71e372a-10a2-426e-8ab8-2981b157383a&type=wordpress2.7.1&wp=3.

It also mentions readership could be improved by doing somehing with line 7
Line 7:

The problem on line 17 is definitely being added by an active plugin, unless you intentionally edited core files.
I agree with you, but I have deactivated and tried to revalidate and same error keeps coming up ๐ I will now delete it
How do I address these errors? I don’t where to go to edit tem/dlete them change them???

Are you using any cache plugins?
I don’t know what you mean by cache plugins – I am guessing not
Try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

is added by the Meta SEO Pack plugin
<script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8" src="http://w.sharethis.com/button/sharethis.js#wp=2.7.1&publisher=b71e372a-10a2-426e-8ab8-2981b157383a&type=wordpress2.7.1&wp=3.

is added by the Sharethis plugin
Deactivating all plugins should have removed those lines, unless you have some sort of cache keeping them there.
Deactivate all plugins, then look in your /wp-content/
directory. If you find a /cache/
directory, delete it.
Resetting, as mentioned, above may work as well.
I thought as much as well..
Ok Still not validating but error message has changed to 404 Error
Message: It looks like this is a web page, not a feed. I looked for a feed associated with this page, but couldn’t find one. Please enter the address of your feed to validate.
2 Lines were highlighted:
3:

10: <link rel=”alternate” type=”application/rss+xml” title=”How To Brand Yourself Online » Feed” href=”http://juliebooz.com/feed/” />
The above erros came from Feed Validator
When I typed in http://juliebooz.com/feed into Internet explorer I get this
The character ‘<‘ cannot be used in an attribute value.
Line: 17 Character: 193
<script type=”text/javascript” charset=”utf-8″ src=”http://w.sharethis.com/button/sharethis.js#wp=2.7.1&publisher=b71e372a-10a2-426e-8ab8-2981b157383a&type=wordpress2.7.1&wp=3.

HOWEVER, I have DELETED The Share this plugin and the Meta SEO Plugin!!!!
No Cache folder in my directory
BTW – If need be – if you point me in the right place I am not afraid to go into Editor and edit the actual code itself. This is driving me crazy! ๐
More Info-

The feed URL you entered is:
http://juliebooz.com/
FeedBurner discovered more than one feed at that address. Please select one to use as your source:
How To Brand Yourself Online ยป Feed: http://juliebooz.com/feed/
How To Brand Yourself Online ยป Comments Feed: http://juliebooz.com/comments/feed/
Cooment Feed Burned Correctly – No issues there
BUT when I choose http://juliebooz.com/feed and click next – here is what is returned:
An error occurred connecting to the URL: Error getting URL: 404 – Not Found
If I put in this at the beginning of Feedburner http://juliebooz.com/feed
When I click next Feedburner returns this:

Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the /wp-content/
directory and wp-config.php
file with fresh copies from the download.
Ok, did that – now just get 404 error in IE and all browsers & Feedburner
Feed validator returns this :
It looks like this is a web page, not a feed. I looked for a feed associated with this page, but couldn’t find one. Please enter the address of your feed to validate.
Still Highlights line 3:

And Now LINE 195:
← Older posts

Try re-saving your permalink structure at Settings/Permalinks in your admin panel. If WordPress cannot automatically edit the .htaccess
file, it will provide manual instructions after saving.
